I need but call and You will answer me.
It does not matter what I have done, judgments I may have made or guilt that I have hidden within, for all I need do is follow today’s prayer. “I need but call and You will answer me.” God has indeed promised me the Answer and He has given me the Answer to all my problems in the form of the Holy Spirit. If I want peace of mind I simply turn to Him for rest and assurance of such. Mistakes are made but the Holy Spirit sees beyond mistakes to the truth. The truth is that I am innocent. Yesterday I became angry with two different situations; one that I perceived as an attack and the other I perceived as abandonment.
As I was ready, I began to truly see these situations. They were opportunities for me to receive help from the Holy Spirit. As I turned my attention to the Holy Spirit last night and again this morning in regards to both situations, I could see that it all stemmed from my own mind. It is my own hidden thoughts of guilt and loss and separation that I project out into the world. And thus it brought me the witnesses to those beliefs. Today, I choose to be happy rather than right and ask for a miracle. My Father has given me the means by which to let go of all that I have made. The Holy Spirit is there in my mind and it is for me to be mindful of my thoughts and to turn each one to Him for His Answer. His Answer is only of peace. Today, I will choose to rest in peace with the Holy Spirit, the sure Answer to all my problems.
