As I meditated on this lesson, I received an image of a very still, calm lake. In the vision, it was a gorgeous day and because of the stillness of the water, I could see my reflection perfectly. When my mind is quiet, it is like this image of the lake. When my mind is in chaos, there is turmoil in the water and the images are not clear. By remembering to still my mind in all circumstances, I am proceeding to give a precious gift to all the Sonship including myself. And so this day Father, I accept the quiet of mind that I receive when I turn all attention to You. I am worthy of a quiet mind and a peaceful heart. Today, I will follow this journey, for it is the journey Home to You. Amen.
