Review 1: Lessons 21-25
Excerpt from Lesson 54 from our book Journey Through the Workbook for Students: Divine Messages
Rev. Deb’s Message
There are times that I feel overwhelmed and feel that I cannot quiet my mind. In these instances, I merely remember how You are always with me and that is as a quiet, gentle presence in my life. So in these times of busyness, I remember to be gentle with myself too as You are with me. I remember to appreciate the now moment and live in that now moment. Everything that needs to be done will be done in perfect timing. My lesson now is to accept the living and breathing moment, the moment that is in front of me. When I do not, that is where the ego monkey chatter comes to play in my mind and fill it with the decisions that I need to make or have made, the future that I want for myself, the pain of daily living in a situation that I may be in or desperation about my past. I give all of these to You, Holy Spirit for Your Love and Gentleness of Being. You are my Quiet Strength. If I don’t feel that I can come into the quiet with You, I can accept where I am, knowing that it will soon pass. I can focus on You as best as I can, forgiving myself that I have not lived up to my own expectations. A moment or two is all that is needed for my connection to You.

Since you’re here… …we have a small favor to ask. More people are reading our posts, listening to our audios and watching our videos than ever before but far fewer are donating for it. As an all-volunteer ministry, you can see why we need to ask for your help. MiraclesOne provides ACIM resources freely however it takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we believe in encouraging others to practically apply the Course principles in their lives – because it might just make the one difference in your life. If everyone who reads, listens or watches and likes what we offer helps to pay for it we can continue to afford our expenses and keep our resources FREE to all ACIM Students. Monthly Donors receive free gifts in appreciation for their support.
