“A teacher does not give experience, because he did not learn it. It revealed itself to him at its appointed time. But vision is his gift. This he can give directly, for Christ’s knowledge is not lost, because He has a vision He can give to anyone who asks. The Father’s Will and His are joined in knowledge. Yet there is a vision which the Holy Spirit sees because the Mind of Christ beholds it too.”
In response to yesterday’s lesson, I prayed that God’s promise of transcendence would be fulfilled. I did not have such an experience, but I did receive reassurance that when I’m ready, I will.
Today, I am continuing to learn that I, along with all the members of God’s One Creation, are teachers. We don’t teach by doing anything; we teach by demonstrating what we’ve learned. Not one of us is unworthy to teach, because we are all loved and loving.
What stands out to me in this lesson is this: None of us are bodies, living separate lives, and alone in darkness. Instead, we are formless light, blending into one glorious radiance, and none of the “sins” we think we’ve committed make the slightest difference in this radiance. We can give it away by perceiving the light in everything we experience. I am grateful.
