Keys to this Lesson
Today we identify with our one Self.
No split identity.
Our Self states the truth.
Practice this as often as you can today.
You are the spirit lovingly endowed with your Father’s Love, peace and joy.
Each time you practice, awareness and reality is brought a little nearer.
You are the spirit in which lies the miracle.
Give the Holy Spirit what He needs today to help you understand the Truth.
Exercise
Take first 5 minutes of every hour.
Begin with:
Spirit am I, a holy Son of God, free of all limits, safe and healed and whole, free to forgive, and free to save the world.
Expressed through you the Holy Spirit will accept this gift, increase it and give it back to you.
Offer each practice period to Him gladly.
He will speak to you, reminding you that you are spirit.
Listen for His assurance every time you speak the words He offers you today.
Let Him tell you that they are true.
Use these words in place of any temptation.
The Holy Spirit gives you peace today.
