Keys to this Lesson
We seem to experience ourselves as two selves, good/evil, mind/body, etc.
We have sought many of our own solutions and none of them have ever worked.
We cannot reconcile truth and illusion. We just can’t do it.
The self we made can never be our True Self, nor are we split in two.
Spirit uses our mind to find expression.
The mind which serves the spirit is at peace and filled with joy.
Our True Self retains the Thoughts of God.
This is our practice today.
Exercise
First 5 minutes of every hour.
We will search for the Holy Spirit in our mind.
Salvation comes from this One Self with Him Who is the Bridge between our mind and our One Self.
Say:
Salvation comes from my one Self. Its Thoughts are mine to use.
Focus and think the Thoughts of God.
You will succeed and you will have the thoughts that tell you that you are saved.
Your mind will bless all things.
Your Self knows you cannot fail today.
If your mind seems uncertain it is okay, just continue to practice giving Him the willingness.
Every time we give 5 minutes in the hour we receive quite a gift.
Each time today you tell your frantic mind salvation comes from your one Self, you lay another treasure in your growing store. And all of it is given everyone who asks for it, and will accept the gift. Think, then, how much is given unto you to give this day, that it be given you!
