Keys to this Lesson
We have believed that we are darkness, evil and sin.
If others would know the truth about us they would be repulsed at what they saw.
But Jesus tells us something else.
We are not what we made and it doesn’t exist.
We are the Son of God.
Our sinlessness is guaranteed by God.
Light and joy and peace abide in us.
We will know this as we practice this today.
Light and joy and peace abide in us BECAUSE God put them there.
Exercise
Devote first 5 minutes of each hour to feel the truth in you.
Begin by saying:
I am as God created me.
I am His Son eternally.
Try to reach the Son of God in you.
This Self never sinned nor made an image to replace reality.
This is the Self that knows no fear and knows only love.
If you miss the first 5 minutes of the hour, at least remind yourself hourly:
I am as God created me.
I am His Son eternally.
Tell yourself frequently that you are as God created you.
If anyone irritates you respond as:
You are as God created you.
You are His Son eternally.
Make every effort to do the hourly exercises today.
Each one is a giant stride to your release.
