Review I – Instructions (Repeated for today’s Lesson-Lesson 60)
For today we see that condemnation is not possible by God and that forgiveness helps us to recognize how innocent we really are. We reaffirm for ourselves that we cannot trust in our own strength so we rely on God’s strength instead. We see that there is nothing to fear as everything around me is imagined. I will see and hear the Holy Spirit in everything and everyone. I am always connected with God. God’s Love sustains me, comforts me and reminds me of Who I am.
Lesson 60
(46) God is the Love in which I forgive.
(47) God is the strength in which I trust.
(48) There is nothing to fear.
(49) God’s Voice speaks to me all through the day.
(50) I am sustained by the Love of God.

Exercise for the Review Lessons
Begin the day reading the five ideas from Lessons 46-50 and the included comments.
Practice with eyes closed in a quiet space.
Practice each one throughout the day as often as possible.
2 minutes or more for each practice period.
If one stands out to you more than the others it is okay to practice that particular one more.
At the end of the day review all five ideas again.
As you practice focus on the central point as you think about it in relation to the idea.
