I love this lesson; however, I admit that I don’t always want to practice it, or any other. That’s because they go against what I think of myself, and the ego does everything it can to distract or discourage me. I’m not scolded for this, but simply reminded that I can follow instructions if I really want to, and if circumstances seem to intervene, I can simply try again.
“If you forget, try again. If there are long interruptions, try again. Whenever you remember, try again.”
