Hi there,
Goodness, I slept so soundly last night, I still haven’t yet awakened and sleeping well is not “normal” for me, I usually struggle to get and stay asleep for any modicum of time. However, as I have just let go and let the practices simmer within my mind, as I have stopped pushing so hard to “get” a particular lesson, as I have ceased making my intellectual understanding, albeit unconsciously, a priority for whatever reason, I am feeling some degree of transformation.
As I shared on Thursday in class, I am making my practices more of a priority, taking time throughout the day to sit on our family room sofa to rest and apply the Course.
It feels wonderful, the word I used yesterday to describe my experience was delicious, certainly not always, but more often. Just resting in God, just relaxing in God, just trusting, even for a few minutes, all is well.
Today I am blessed as a Son of God.

I am thankful for Rev. Deb who freely, unceasingly, lovingly, devotedly and skillfully provides an abundance of teachings in innumerable forms that enable us to reinforce our commitment to peace by removing the blocks to the awareness of Love’s presence. She is the catalyst with the plethora of tools, it is He who transforms, thank you so much, Rev. Deb.
I am thankful for the opportunity to read every other day with Mari. Every single day for years now, she and I, and Ryan, Darike and others when they’ve been available, take turns on our daily lesson meditation call. My gratitude to Mari for her ever loving and steady presence among us.
I am thankful that I am able to participate in the podcasts with Rev. Deb and Mari.
I am thankful I am able to participate on Wednesdays in the study group.
I am thankful for the opportunity to participate in Thursday nights’ classes.
Finally, I am thankful to all of you for touching my lives, for being fellow journeyers to truth, light and peace. I appreciate all your posts even though I find it challenging to respond to many or most. I read them all and learn from all of you.
Today as I practice, I am using gratitude, living it, feeling it, experiencing it, extending it to all of you as I remember what I truly value above all else.
I am blessed as a Son of God and I am so thankful!
