Keys to this Lesson
We continue with an idea that still moves us from the perceiver to the perceived.
You are holy because your mind is part of God’s.
Because you are holy, your sight must be holy as well.
Jesus shares with us about the idea of sinlessness.
Sinless means without sin.
We cannot be without sin a little.
We are sinless or not.
If we are a part of the mind of God then we must be sinless or we are then saying that God’s mind would be sinful.
He adds on that our sight is related to His Holiness, not to our ego, and therefore not to our body.
Exercise
4, 3-5 minute practice periods.
Space them out evenly throughout the day.
Also use frequent short applications throughout the day.
Longer periods as so:
Close your eyes.
Repeat today’s idea several times, slowly.
Open your eyes and look around you slowly.
Apply today’s idea to what you see.
My holiness envelops that wall.
My holiness envelops these fingers.
My holiness envelops that body.
My holiness envelops this pen.
During these periods, close your eyes, repeat the idea and look around you as you repeat it again.
End with another repetition with your eyes closed.
Remember to do this slowly, as effortlessly and unhurried as possible.

Since you’re here… …we have a small favor to ask. More people are reading our posts, listening to our audios and watching our videos than ever before but far fewer are donating for it. As an all-volunteer ministry, you can see why we need to ask for your help. MiraclesOne provides ACIM resources freely however it takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we believe in encouraging others to practically apply the Course principles in their lives – because it might just make the one difference in your life. If everyone who reads, listens or watches and likes what we offer helps to pay for it we can continue to afford our expenses and keep our resources FREE to all ACIM Students. Monthly Donors receive free gifts in appreciation for their support.
