Lesson 33 – There is another way of looking at the world.

We are learning today that we CAN shift our perception of the world both in its outer and inner aspects.
Yes!

Exercise

5 full minutes in morning and evening.
Repeat idea as often as you find comfortable.
Make the repetition unhurried.
Alternate between your outer and inner perceptions.
Do not shift between them abruptly.

Glance around the world you perceive outside.
Close your eyes and then survey inner thoughts.
Maintain a sense of equality.
Remain detached as you repeat the idea.

Frequent, short exercise periods during the day.

If any situation creates a disturbance for you, use the idea for the day in this form:
There is another way of looking at this.

Pay attention to how you are feeling today.
If you feel any slight upset use the idea immediately.
You may find you need to take a minute or so and sit quietly and then repeat the idea several times.
Jesus recommends that we close our eyes with this type of application.
