Lesson 7 – I see only the past.
Keys to this Lesson
It leads us to the reason why everything we see has no meaning and that we could not possibly understand it.
Our thoughts are meaningless and we are upset over shadows of the past.
We do not see anything in the present moment as it is because of this.
This is quite a shift that we are making with this lesson.
In the example of the cup though, we can clearly see where Jesus is making his point.
We only know about cups or other things because of what we have experienced.
The cup is a simple yet clear example or how our reactions are all based in the past.
Do this lesson as written yet with curiosity.
As he asks, do we really see what we see?
The practice is 3-4 times today, each lasting only a minute.
No singling out or purposefully excluding objects or people.
I see only the past in this hand.
I see only the past in this…
