Keys to this Lesson

1st idea that is related to the correction process.
It is the reversal of the thinking of the world.
The world does not determine what we see.
We, our thoughts, determine what we see.
Forgiveness is highlighted here as when we can understand today’s idea it will free us indeed from our self-imposed bondage.

Exercise
Close eyes
Repeat idea slowly
Open eyes, look about, near and far, up and down, everywhere
Repeat the idea to yourself slowly
Eyes should move from one thing to another rapidly.
Do not linger on any one thing.
Yet, repeat the idea to yourself slowly.
After the minute or so, close eyes, repeat idea once more slowly to yourself.
3 practice periods today, if no uneasiness as many as 5 can be attempted.
Do not do more than 5.

Here we are learning how we can have peace, relaxation, freedom from worry and anxiety that we have been seeking for so long.
